The additional numbers will be registered for at least 1 month. The registration period will be extended automatically for another month if you do not cancel it no later than 10 days before the end of the month.

 

In what number will I have cheaper calls if I am in Russia?

If you're in Russia or in another country it does not matter on which number you receive a call. The calculation is done automatically at the competitive rates. But if someone calls you from the USA or UK, it is better to call on one of those numbers.

 

Will my partners or employees be able to contact me for free through the IP-telephony?

Free calls are possible, provided that your phone or mobile phone support IP-telephony and the necessary software is installed and if you are within a WiFi zone and also if your partner or employee has an opportunity to use IP-telephony. Otherwise, it is still possible to call each other (in the zone of the Internet, in a zone of "no internet") and also with lower prices for the calls than usually.

 

What phone number will be displayed when I call someone?

When you call somebody the number of the country where you are and your mobile number with the prefix of the state will be shown, in other cases the number +44.

 

How to use the Mailbox?

Free Time includes service mailbox. Mailbox responds to your calls whenever you can not answer them, when your phone is off or if you're just talking to another person at this moment. In order to listen to the message, type your own number +44793795XXXX on your mobile phone.

 

Is it possible to listen to a voicemail from another phone?

You can enter the security PIN-code. So you will be able to listen to messages from the mailbox of another telephone or if you are abroad. Dial: +44 793795 XXXX if you are calling from another phone in Germany or in another country.

 

In what networks the calls can be made through the FreeTime?

You are using a local network in the countries where FreeTime has a local number range, In other countries you are using a network of partners under the contract of Jersey Telecom.

 

Where to find the ICCID and PUK for my FreeTime SIM-card?

ICCID code and PUK are written on the SIM-card carrier (plastic card). You must have this information to activate the SIM-card.

 

How to change the PIN-code?
